2. Terms & Conditions (AGB)

2.1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between alpha experium and its customers via this online shop.

2.2 Products & Pre-Orders

Some products offered in this shop are pre-order items and are not yet in stock.

Delivery dates stated on product pages are estimated and non-binding, unless a delivery date is expressly confirmed in writing as binding.

Production and delivery times may change due to manufacturing processes, supplier delays or force majeure.

2.3 Delivery & Delays

If delivery is delayed, customers will be informed without undue delay and provided with a new estimated delivery date.

A delay of reasonable duration does not entitle the customer to withdraw from the contract automatically.

Only if delivery becomes impossible or is delayed beyond a reasonable additional grace period may the customer exercise statutory rights.

2.4 Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Pre-order products may require advance payment or partial payment.

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, unless otherwise agreed.

2.5 Reservation of Title

Goods remain the property of alpha experiumuntil full payment has been received.

2.6 Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

Consumers within the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, unless the product is:

  • custom-made,

  • personalized,

  • or produced to customer specifications.

Details are provided in the separate Withdrawal Policy.

2.7 Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.

Liability for loss of profit is excluded unless legally mandatory.

2.8 Governing Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

3. Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party receives the goods.

Exclusion of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • goods made to customer specifications,

  • personalized items,

  • sealed goods unsuitable for return after opening.

We collect personal data only to the extent necessary to process orders and provide our services.
